Move, breathe, and transform in The Practice — a dynamic 90-minute class blending Pilates, Yoga, and Dance led by Barri DeFrancisci to awaken your inner power and align your whole being.

Rooted in mindful movement, this experience strengthens the body, frees the mind, and nourishes the spirit through purposeful flow.

We'll build core stability with Pilates, stretch deeply through yoga, and unlock joy and freedom through dance, all while reconnecting with your most authentic self.

Set to an energizing, soulful soundtrack, The Practice is more than a workout — it’s a ritual of self-discovery, embodiment, and liberation. You’ll leave feeling empowered, grounded, and in tune with your unique rhythm.
