Soul Purpose Coaching

3 / 6 month container. In our bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, we’ll dive deep into your unique challenges, desires, and dreams. Together, we’ll clear the blocks that have been holding you back, unlock your innate gifts, and open your eyes to the possibilities that lead you to your highest purpose.

Yoga Mentorship

As a mentee, you receive bi-weekly private yoga sessions with Barri, focused on creating your own life-long personal personal practice, as well as access to weekly live Yoga Study Group sessions and recordings, and our exclusive members-only Facebook group.

Yoga Study Group

Are you ready to explore yoga beyond the physical practice? Our Yoga Study Group is designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga philosophy, spirituality, and how to integrate these teachings into daily life. We will be meeting weekly (Mondays at 1pm EST).

1 : 1 Private Yoga Session

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these one-on-one sessions provide a supportive space to deepen your practice, refine your techniques, and cultivate greater mind-body connection. Through personalized attention, Barri will guide you in a practice that aligns with your individual needs, helping you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Barre

Barre is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to sculpt and tone your full body from the inside out. Using a blend of light props, body weight, yoga, ballet and Pilates-inspired exercises, you will be sure to feel the barre burn!

Pilates

Putting a fun, creative spin on the 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, my Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body!

Breathwork & Meditation

Breathwork is an ancient healing modality that uses just the breath to release anxiety, stress, and reach higher states of consciousness. Breathwork and Meditation practice will not only serve to improve your physical yoga practice, but also ease the stresses of daily life and help you access a deep well of inner peace within yourself.
