    Yoga is an ancient practice which brings your body, mind, and spirit into alignment. Through practice, you discover your Self, and improve your overall flexibility and strength.

  • Barre

    Barre is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to sculpt and tone your full body from the inside out. Using a blend of light props, body weight, yoga, ballet and Pilates-inspired exercises, you will be sure to feel the barre burn!

  • Breathwork & Meditation

    Breathwork is an ancient healing modality that uses just the breath to release anxiety, stress, and reach higher states of consciousness. Breathwork and Meditation practice will not only serve to improve your physical yoga practice, but also ease the stresses of daily life and help you access a deep well of inner peace within yourself.

  • Pilates

    Putting a fun, creative spin on the 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, my Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body!
